An independent driving school run by Mark Smith a driving Instructor with approximately 15 years of experience. Mark has worked in the transport industry in one form or another most of his adult life. Previously, he worked as a Vehicle technician for the Post Office / British Telecom.

YOUR DRIVING TEST

Your driving test consists of the Theory and Practical tests. Currently the Theory Test is in two parts taken at the same time;

50 Multi choice questions, with a pass mark of 43 out of 50. Hazard
perception; 14 video clips of developing hazards with a maximum
score of 5 points per clip, one clip having two hazards giving 10
points, a total of 75 points with a pass mark of 44.
